• Continual professional development of the agencies stuff on the internal and external trainings.

The services costs are set by the agencies-members and depend on:

• state of the local labor market;
• task complexity;
• interest of potential applicants to the open a vacancy;
• previous experience of cooperation between the Association members and the Customer;
• the number of covered regions.

An average agency fee usually makes 1,5 – 2 real monthly incomes of a successful applicant +/- 20%.
