Association of Regional Recruitment agencies of Ukraine

Association of the Regional Ukrainian recruitment-agencies (ARKA) is an All-Ukrainian professional association of the leading recruitment agencies. It was founded in May 2004.

General Tasks and Goals:

• development of the largest effective recruitment agencies network in the country;
• formation of the advanced HR services market in Ukraine:
• assistance in regional business development for our clients;
• new format services for business clients: complex recruitment in all regions of Ukraine according to the specifications of the local labor markets;
• rotation of interregional specialists;
• exchange of experience, information and technology;
• development and support of common professional and ethical standard levels;
• professional skills development of the agency employees - members of the Association;
• cooperation with the government and the branch international organizations.
